Technology Curriculum Study Team

The Technology Education Curriculum Study Team has been continually reviewing the Curriculum Framework Drafts as the state has released them. The recently approved philosophical change from Industrial Arts to Technology Education within our systems, and the resulting middle school curriculum parallels the frameworks closely. The study team is thereby focusing on assessing, creating, and promoting technology instruction at the elementary level and articulating the changing high-school program. The final goal will be to create a K-12 curriculum that will be integrated with other disciplines, especially math and science.
